The level of foreign language has become one important obvious symbol of city civilization.Dalian is one of the best tour cities in China.In order to promote the development of Dalian tourism,the teaching of industry foreign language in higher vocational colleges of Dalian district should keep pace with times and grasp opportunity.Establishing foreign language training base can increase the level of foreign language for tour employers.Implementing the project of improving city foreign language environment construction can advance the development of Dalian tourism.
