基于实践教学体系构建的人才培养模式研究——以高等职业教育人物形象设计专业为例

The Study of Constructing Talents' Training Mode based on Practical Teaching System

高职人物形象设计专业要求从业者有较强的实践能力。为此,高职人物形象设计专业要构建创新型人才培养模式,要以专业岗位需求为目标,以典型工作任务为驱动,设置专业课程和专业教学计划;建立真正意义的"双师型"、专兼结合的教师队伍;进行实践教学体系的构建,以满足培养人才的需要。

At present there is a large gap for the talents in social hairdressing and beauty as well as character image design major,especially the number of employees who have received high-level professional training is less,which causes the enterprises cannot have high-end development in the process of industry＇s rapid development.The major of character image design demands employees are qualified with stronger practical ability.How to increase professional students＇ operating ability is the problem for our educators to consider.Therefore,it needs to study the construction of innovative talents＇ training mode in character image design based on practical teaching system.
