谈高职院校教育中学生非智力因素的培养

On the Cultivation of Students' Non-intelligence Factors in the Education of Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校人才培养的目标是培养有社会责任感的高技能人才、高素质的劳动者。目前,用人单位对高职毕业生的需求及录用标准更加侧重诚信、责任及职业道德等非智力因素。因此,培养学生的非智力因素既有利于提高教学的质量与效果,又对学生的成长成才有显著的影响。高职院校要通过思想政治教育、心理品质培养、寓教于乐、寓教于爱等方式,逐步提高学生的非智力因素水平。

Talents＇ training in higher vocational colleges aims at cultivating high-skilled talents and high-quality labors with social responsibility.At present the employers pay more attention to non-intelligence factors of integrity,responsibility and vocational moral for higher vocational graduates＇ demand and employing standard.Therefore,cultivating students＇ non-intelligence factors can not only increase teaching quality and effect,but also have the great influence on students＇ grow-up.Higher vocational colleges should gradually increase students＇ level of non-intelligence factors through ideological and political education,psychological quality cultivation,learning with fun,and learning with love.
