摘要
在调查问卷、座谈和课堂观察基础上,指出我国英语教师专业发展中存在的突出问题,提出英语教师专业发展的途径:充实英语学科知识;加强敬业精神;建立教师学习共同体;开发和运用教学策略。
Based on the data from questionnaire survey, interview and classroom observation, this essay points out the prominent problems existing in professional development of English teach- ers. In the meantime, it puts forward approaches to enhance professional development of English teachers, enriching English teachers＇ subject knowledge, enhancing professionalism; establishing teacher learning community; developing and applying effective teaching strategies.
