浅议高校辅导员引导学生成才工作四要素

Discussion on four primary guidance aspects of university counselors in the talent training

在现阶段的高校辅导员工作中,传统的思想教育和习惯培养并不为学生所接受,收效甚微,对学生的发展产生不利影响。为使辅导员日常工作在操作层面具体化,收到切实效果,将高校辅导员工作的"引"和"导"总结为"确立一个目标,掌握两种学习,完成三个转变,过好四个阶段"。即引导、帮助学生确立大学目标,掌握理论知识和实践能力的学习,做好心理、生活、学习方法的转变,以学年为单位完成各个阶段的任务。高校辅导员引导学生在大学四年的学习生活中做好这四个方面,对于大学生成才具有十分重要的意义和较强的可操作性。

In the present work of the university counsellors, the traditional ideological education could be hardly accepted by students, without obvious effect, but has a negative impact on the development of students. In order to embody their daily routine at the operation level to make achievable effects, this article summarizes the routine leading and counseling work of college counselors in four aspects including a goal establishment, two learning strategies, three transfor- mations and four developing stages, which will contribute to guiding students to establish their university targets, master theoretical knowledge and improve practical ability by realizing the transform in psychology, life and study method, so as to finish their 4-year college education. This 4-aspect education mode of college counsellors plays a significant role in the talent training with higher feasibility in practice.
