河北高校毕业生就业指导队伍专业化建设的思考——以河北农业大学为例

在当前严峻的就业形势下,加强就业指导队伍专业化建设是做好高校毕业生就业工作的前提与关键。通过深入分析河北高校毕业生就业指导队伍的现状、存在问题,以河北农业大学为例,就进一步加强这支队伍的专业化建设,进行了积极探索,提出"围绕一个中心,强化两个转变,抓实三个重点"的可持续性发展思路,希望能真正实现高校就业指导队伍建设的"专业化、专家化、职业化"。

Enhancement of the specialized construction is the premise and key to the improvement of college graduates＇ career guidance. With deep analysis of the status and issues of Hebei college graduates＇ career guidance team, this paper positively explores the way of enhancing the speciali- zation and professionalization in its construction in Agricultural University of Hebei as an exam- ple to realize the sustainable development.
