“九○后”大学生思想道德存在的问题与教育对策

The key problems in the moral cultivation of post-90's university students and their countermeasures

为了有针对性地加强与改进高校思想政治教学和管理工作,在对本校部分院系"九○后"大学生进行问卷调查的基础上,指出了学生在政治信仰、人际交往、抗挫折能力和道德认同等方面存在的问题。针对这种状况,提出用新颖授课方式进行思想引导;构建良好有效沟通方式,强化学生心理素质;引导学生摆脱网络沉迷,加强自我管理;采用多元化教育方式,指导学生建立良好人际关系等对策。

In order to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education and manage- ment of college students, based on the questionnaire surveys among the post--90＇s college students in a part of faculties of Agricultural University of Hebei, we make a preliminary study of their political belief, the current situation of interpersonal interaction, anti--frustration ability and moral approval. At the same time, we propose four countermeasures including conducting in- novative teaching methods; strengthening communications with undergraduates and enhancing the improvement in their psychological diathesis; raising the students＇ awareness of the harm from reveling in playing computer games; and applying various teaching methods to help students im- prove their social acceptability.
