胃癌组织中RhoC蛋白的表达及其临床意义 被引量:3

Expression and clinical significance of RhoC in gastric cancer

摘要 目的探讨胃癌组织中RhoC蛋白的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测45例胃癌组织及其相应的30例癌旁不典型增生组织和30例正常胃黏膜组织中RhoC蛋白的表达。结果胃癌组织中RhoC蛋白的阳性表达率高于癌旁不典型增生组织和正常胃黏膜组织(P<0.05);胃癌组织中RhoC蛋白的阳性表达与临床分期、浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关(均P<0.05),而与患者年龄、性别及分化程度无关(均P>0.05)。结论 RhoC蛋白在胃癌组织中的异常表达与胃癌的发生、发展及浸润转移有关。 Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of the RhoC proteins in human gastric cancer. Methods By immunohistochemical S - P method, the expression of RhoC proteins were detected in 45 cases of gastric cancer, 30 cases of adjacent atypical hyperplasia tissues and 30 cases of nomal tissues. Results The positive rates of RhoC expression in gastic cancer tissue were significantly higher than those of atypical hyperplasia tissues and normal tissues (P 〈 0. 05 ). In gastric cancer tissue, the positive expression of RhoC protein was correlated with the clinical stage,infiltration depth and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0. 05 ), but was not correlated with age, sex, or degree of dif- ferentiation ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions The abnormal expression of RhoC in gastric cancer is related to development, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.
