血尿酸和血脂水平检测在冠心病诊断中的意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血尿酸和血脂水平在冠状动脉硬化性心脏病诊断中的临床价值。方法将本院2008年1月至2012年1月90例冠状动脉硬化性心脏病患者作为观察组,同期85例非冠状动脉硬化性心脏病患者作为对照组,分别检测两组患者血尿酸和血脂水平,探讨血尿酸和血脂水平与冠状动脉硬化性心脏病之间的关系。结果观察组的血尿酸和血脂水平与对照组相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05),观察组高于对照组。结论血尿酸及血脂水平可作为早期监测冠状动脉硬化性心脏病的指标,应重视血尿酸及血脂水平的治疗。
