摘要
现代建筑空间日趋复杂,功能要求不断提升,如何合理排布管线之间、管线与设备之间的位置关系,成为施工总承包单位机电安装工作的难点、重点.传统的管线综合深化设计是二维设计,由于二维设计离散行为的不可预见性,使设计人员疏漏掉一些管线碰撞的问题.青岛某工程采用了基于BIM技术的MagiCAD软件对管线进行了深化设计,实现了二维图纸的三维立体化,从而减少了设计时间且提高了设计质量.结合此工程,阐述MagiCAD软件在管线综合深化设计中的应用.
With the growing complication of the modern building space and the rising of the function requirement,the distribution of pipeline and pipeline,pipeline and equipment become a difficult and key point to the general construction contractor.The workload more easily leaks in the tradition-bettering design of the application comprehensive pipeline which is the two-dimensional pipeline.Taking the project in Qingdao for example,the pipelines are designed based on the MagiCAD,BIM,with the design period shortened,the design quality raised,and the drawings of the two dimensions with three dimensions realized.
