摘要
目的 探讨三维超声体元模型成像对胃十二指肠疾病的诊断价值。方法 采用三维超声成像系统对 66例十二指肠疾病患者进行了三维重建。结果 重建后三维超声图像清晰、逼真、直观 ,立体感强 ,弥补了二维超声的不足 ;三维图像可作任意角度和方向旋转 ,能显示中间凹陷溃疡面 ,还能显示二维超声无法显示的肿瘤整体观 ,利用切割剖面显示肿瘤浸润的深度。结论 三维超声成像重建对胃十二指肠疾病诊断具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of three dimensional ultrasonographic image in gastroduodenal diseases.Methods Using TOMTEC ECHO SCAN three dimensional ultrasonographic imaging system COMPAC F 3D connected with ALOKA SSD 650,66 cases of gastroduodenal diseases were reconstructed.Results Three dimensional reconstruction had given a clear and stereoscopic image.With the divertion of any angle and direction in 360°,ulcer and the whole neoplasm that revealed by 3D reconstruction technique could not be aquired in two dimensional image technique,with the technique of 3D sectional method,the depth of neoplasm′s infiltration also could be displayed.Conclusion 3D reconstruction has an important clinical value in diagnosing gastroduodenal diseases.
