摘要
以苯甲醇和氢溴酸为原料,浓硫酸为催化脱水剂,反应合成溴化苄。实验分别考察了催化剂的使用量、反应时间、反应温度、原料配比等因素对溴化苄收率的影响,得出了该方法合成溴化苄的最佳反应条件:氢溴酸与苯甲醇的摩尔比为1.3∶1,反应时间为4 h,反应温度为55℃~58℃,浓硫酸催化剂的用量为50 g,溴化苄的收率达97%以上。
Benzyl bromide was synthesized with benzyl alcohol and hydrobromic acid as ma- terials, concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst and dehydrating agent. Factors which affect the yield of benzyl bromide were discussed, such as catalyst usage, reaction temperature, the ratio of raw ma- terials. The experiments obtained the optimal reaction conditions for the sunthesis of benzyl bro- mide : hydrobromic acid and benzyl alcohohhe molar ratio of 1.3 : 1, the reaction time was 4 hours, the reaction temperature of 55 C -58 C, the amount of concentrated sulfuric acid catalyst 50g, the yield of benzyl bromide was above 97%.
