摘要
依据同离子效应原理,取高浓度的卤水(苦卤)和盐浆回到兑卤工序参与浓海水兑卤,浓海水中绝大部分硫酸钙以固相形式析出与浓海水分离,浓海水在继续蒸发浓缩时不生成钙垢,达到了浓海水工厂化制盐的目的,为海水淡化工厂副产浓海水的综合利用提供了有效途径。
Most of calcium sulfate can separate out with solid phase from concentrated seawa- ter when the highly concentrated bittern and salt slurry is mixed with concentrated seawater accord- ing to the common ion effect principle. So, the calcium scale will not form when concentrated sea- water is evaporated and concentrated. And salt production can perform in plant using the concentrat- ed seawater as raw material. It can also be effective ways to concentrated seawater multipurpose uti- lization for seawater desalination enterprise.
