摘要
目的与方法 :为筛选有抗突变作用的物质 ,采用抗突变和致突变同步快速试验对蜂蜜、蜂王浆、蜂采花粉、百合、海带、柳芽、薏米仁、槐豆、蘑芋、桂圆、胖大海、车前叶、白菊花、山药、芫荽、榆叶、南瓜籽、南瓜肉、冬瓜肉、冬瓜皮、佛手瓜、菱角 2 2种可食性中药材进行了试验。结果与结论 :经加和不加大鼠肝脏微粒体酶 (S9)两种试验 ,结果全部受试物均未发现致突变毒性 ;蜂蜜、蜂王浆、蜂采花粉、柳芽、槐豆、桂圆、白菊花、山药及菱角
Purpose and Methods: In order to screening the antimutagen, the study investigated the mutagenicity and antimutagenicity of 22 kinds of edible chinese herb(Honey, Royal jelly, Bee collecting pollen, Lily, Kely,Willow bud, the seed of Job's tear, the Pob of chinese scholortree, Olired longan, Taro, Sterulaia scaphi, Asiatic plantain, White chrysanthemum, Chinese yam, Coriander, Elm leaf, Pumpkin seeds, Pumpkin pulp, pulp of wagourd, Skin of wagourd Fingered citron, Water chestunt by the antimutagenicity and mutagenicity synchronous test. Results and Conclusion: The results both with and without S9 (rat liver microsomal enzymes) showed that all the samples had no mutagenicity. Honey, Royal jelly, Bee Collecting Pollen, Willow Bud, the pob of chinese scholortree, Olired longan, White chrysantemum, Chinese yam, Water chestunt were antimutagen against MMC.
