摘要
运用福建省的农业产业化龙头企业的相关数据,采用随机前沿分析方法(SFA)测算企业带动农户就业增收的效率。分析各投入要素及若干外部因素对企业带动效率的影响,表明了福建农业产业化龙头企业带动农户效率的低下主要是来自于随机无效率。流动资本投入和固定资产投资对企业带动农户就业增收的影响程度相对较大,并据此提出相关政策建议。
With the relevant data of leading agricu｜ture enterprises in Fujian province and the method of the stochastic frontier analysis （SFA）, the paper estimates the efficiency of farmers＇ employment and income increase motivated by enterprises. Analyzing the input and output factors＇ impacts on the leading driven efficiency of enterprises, we found that the low efficiency of the leading agriculture enterprises in Fujian mainly derives from its random inefficiency. Working capital and fixed assets investment exert relatively large impact on the efficiency, and the paper puts forward some countermeasures.
