8-Br-cAMP诱导人食管癌细胞凋亡的研究

THE EFFECT OF 8-Br-cAMP ON APOPTOSIS IN HUMAN ESOPHAGEAL CANCER CELL LINE

目的 :本文主要研究人食管癌 10 9细胞株经 8 Br cAMP诱导后细胞凋亡的发生。方法 :用TUNEL法观察诱导后细胞凋亡情况。结果 :人食管癌 10 9例细胞株自发凋亡率为 10 3% ;经 8 Br cAMP诱导后凋亡倾向细胞增加。结论 :8 Br cAMP具有促进人食管癌细胞凋亡倾向的效应。

Purpose and Methods: The occurrence of apoptosis induced by 8-Br-cAMP was studied in human Eca-109 cell line and by means of TUNEL method. Results: The spontaneus apoptosis frequency of human Eca-109 cells was 10.3%. The apoptosis frequency of Eca-109 cells treated with 8-Br-cAMP was 33.2% . There was statistical significant difference between the control group and 8-Br-cAMP induced group. Conclusion: The results indicated that 8-Br-cAMP could possess the tendency of increase apoptosis frequency in human Eca-109 cell line.
