后悔是人们最常见的负面情绪之一,但是国内外关于后悔的研究起步较晚。后悔与非理性决策形影相随。人们在决策时常常陷入非理性思维心理误区中,导致后悔情绪的产生。非理性决策思维心理误区主要有:锚定效应、沉没成本效应、思维定势效应、禀赋效应、大众强化效应、认知偏差效应等。"非理性"是人类的特殊心理现象。研究探讨非理性决策行为,可以规避"人性误区",作出理性决策。

Regret is one of the most common negative emotions, however, researches about regret started rather late at home and abroad. Regret is inseparable with irrational decision-making. People often fall into irrational psychological thinking traps, which result in regret emotions. Major irrational psychological errors in decision-making include： anchoring effect, sunk cost effect, thinking inertia effect, endowment effect, mass strengthening effect and cognitive bias effect. ＇Irrationality＇ is a special psychological phenomenon of human beings. Through studying individual＇s psychological thinking trap in irrational decision- making, a feasible way to avoid ＇humanity misunderstanding＇ and to make rational decision can be found.
