摘要 支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)是伴有细胞因子产生异常及气道内变态反应性炎症发生的一种免疫失衡性疾病。多种信号转导通路参与哮喘的发病机制,分别介导着细胞因子、炎性介质和黏附因子在哮喘发病中的作用。其中JAK/STAT6信号转导通路是哮喘发病中的重要信号转导通路之一,该通路与哮喘发病的多种病理基础相关,IL-4、IL-13等细胞介质可激活JAK/STAT6通路。研究该信号转导通路对哮喘的治疗具有重要意义。本文就JAK/STAT6信号转导通路的特点及其与哮喘的关系作一综述。 Bronchial asthma (asthma) is an immune imbalance disease associated with abnormal cytokine production and allergic inflammation of airway. There are many signal transduction systems which regulate respectively with the role of variety of cytokines, inflammatory mediators and adhesion molecules in the body. JAK/STAT6 pathway which is related to many pathological mechanisms is one of the most important signal transduction pathways. The upstream of IL- 4, IL-13 is stimulatory factors in the pathogenesis of asthma. There is great significance of the study of JAK/STAT6 pathway for the treatment of asthma. The JAK/STAT6 signal transduction pathway and its relationship with asthma is reviewed in this paper.
