摘要
目的 检测HTf(Fe) 2 SA阳离子脂质体是否具有靶向转染肝癌细胞的能力。方法 在有血清和无血清两种条件下检测HTf(Fe) 2 SA阳离子脂质体和SA阳离子脂质体介导DNA进入肝癌细胞SMMC -772 1和小鼠B16黑色素瘤细胞内的量。结果 在有血清和无血清两种转染条件下HTf(Fe) 2 SA阳离子脂质体介导入SMMC -772 1细胞内DNA的量明显高于SA阳离子脂质体 ,而对小鼠B16黑色素瘤细胞两者无明显差异。结论 HTf(Fe) 2
Aim To test the ability of THf(Fe) 2SA cationic liposomes targeting DNA to hepatoma cellsMethod Under the circumstance with or without serum,the quantity of DNA mediated into hepatoma cells SMMC-7721 and B 16 melanoma cells by HTf(Fe) 2 SA cationic liposomes or by SA cationic liposomes was measured.Result The quantity of DNA mediated into SMMC-7721 by THf(Fe) 2 cationic liposomes was significantly higher than that by SA cationic liposomes under the circumstance with and without serum,but the quantity of DNA mediated into B 16 melanoma cells by THf(Fe) 2 SA cationic liposomes or by SA cationic liposomes was not significantly different.Conclusion THf(Fe) 2 cationic liposomes is good in DNA transfection to hepatoma cells.
