两种坦索罗辛治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效及成本-效果分析

Effect and Cost-Effectiveness Analysis of Two Kinds of Tamsulosin for Treating Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的探讨两种不同厂家坦索罗辛治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效及成本-效果。方法将238例良性前列腺增生患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组119例。治疗组服用必坦(盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊),对照组服用哈乐(盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊),均用药4周。观察两组的国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、最大尿流率(Qmax)、综合疗效及成本-效果比。结果治疗4周后,治疗组和对照组综合疗效总有效率分别为87.39%和86.55%,两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、最大尿流率(Qmax)均有明显改善,两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组的成本-效果比,治疗组优于对照组。结论必坦(盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊)治疗良性前列腺增生疗效显著,成本相对较低。

Objective To explore the effect and the cost- effectiveness of tamsulosin produced by 2 different manufactories for treating benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）. Methods Two hundred and thirty-eight cases of BPH were randomly divided into two groups, 119 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with oral homemade Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsule for 4 weeks, while the control group was treated with oral imported Homemade Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsule for 4 weeks. The International Prostate Symptoms Score （IPSS）, maximum urine rate of flow （Qmax）, comprehensive effects and cost- effec- tiveness were observed between two groups. Results After 4- week treatment, the total effective rate were 87.39% in the treatment group and 86.55% in the control group respectively, without statistical difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The IPSS scores and Qmax were improved greatly, there was no statistical difference between the two groups（P 〉 0.05）. The ratio of cost-effectiveness in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group. Conclusion Homemade Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsule has significant effects in treating BPH with lower relative cost.
