复方氯己定地塞米松膜治疗颜面部口周单纯疱疹182例

Analysis on Therapeutic Effect of Compound Chlorhexidine and Dexamethasone Pellicles on Herpes Simplex in Face and around Mouth

目的观察复方氯己定地塞米松膜治疗颜面部口周单纯疱疹的疗效,并探讨其机理。方法将278例单纯疱疹患者分为试验组(182例)和对照组(96例),在基础治疗上,试验组用复方氯己定地塞米松膜,对照组用喷昔洛韦乳膏。对比分析两组疗效。结果试验组的总有效率(96.70%)显著高于对照组(87.50%);止痒(疱)、结痂、总病程天数试验组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方氯己定地塞米松膜治疗颜面部口周单纯疱疹临床疗效满意,经济实惠。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Compound Chlorhexidine and Dexamethasone Pellicles on herpes simplex in the face and around the mouth, and to investigate its mechanism. Methods Two hundred and seventy-dight cases of herpes simplex were divided into the Compound Chlorhexidine and Dexamethasone Pellicles group （test group, n = 182） and the Penciclovir Cream group （control group, n = 96）. Their therapeutic effects were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in the test group than that in the control group （96.70% vs. 87.50% ）, and the difference was statistically significant. The clinical effects （including itching relieving/vesication elimination, incrustation, course of disease） of the test group were superior to those of control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Compound Chlorhexidine and Dexamethasone Pellicles is satisfactory in treating herpes simplex in the face and around the mouth. Meanwhile, it is cheap, economical and worthy of spreading and applying in clinic.
