员工中庸思维、组织和谐与员工绩效的关系研究 被引量:10

摘要 中庸与和谐是两个非常有特色的本土概念。中庸思维是中国人最为凸显的思维,也是中国人普遍的行为准则;和谐是当今的主流思想和时代的主题。本文以重庆、广西、广东、上海若干企业员工作为研究对象,结合西方管理学研究的基本原理,探讨中庸思维、组织和谐与员工绩效的关系。研究表明:中庸思维对员工绩效有显著的正向作用;中庸思维对组织和谐有显著的正向作用;组织和谐对员工绩效有显著的正向作用,且承担了一定的中介作用,这些研究结果对企业管理具有重要的启示。 Moderation and harmony are distinctive local concepts.Golden-mean Thinking as the most prominent mental models of the Chinese is the conduct rules of Chinese people;harmony is the mainstream thinking and the themes of times.In this paper,we took a number of enterprises in Chongqing,Guangxi,Guangdong,Shanghai as research subjects,combined with the basic principles of Western management and discussed the relationship between Golden-mean Thinking,organizational harmony and employee performance.Studies have shown that Golden-mean Thinking has a significant positive effect on organizational performance;Golden-mean Thinking has a significant positive effect on the organizational harmony;organizational harmony has a significant positive effect on organizational performance and plays a part of the intermediary role.These findings have important implications for management.
