资本的非歧视运转:高校女性图书馆员成长研究——基于性别对比视角

摘要 女性图书馆员是高校图书馆发展的关键人才资源,事关高校体制改革和社会主义文化体制建设。社会资本能反映高校女性图书馆员微观层次社会资本的分布情况。实证分析并测定高校女性图书馆员社会资本储备量发现,其社会资本储备总量相对较高,认知型社会资本突出,结构型社会资本较弱,与男性馆员相比,女性图书馆员的社会资本表现出了显著的经济、性别等差异。 Female librarians are key human resources to the development of university libraries, it concerns the system reform and the construction of socialist cultural system. The social capital could reflect the distribution situation of the micro-level social capital of female librarians in universities. The empirical analysis and evaluation of the storage quantity of the social capital of female librarians in universities shows that the storage quantity of the social capital are high,the cognitive social capital is highlight, the structural social capital is weak. Compared with male librarians, the social capital of female librarians has demonstrated significant differences in the economic and gender.
