摘要
目的建立调经益母片中原儿茶醛、迷迭香酸和丹酚酸B多组分HPLC测定方法。方法采用Acclaim C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;以乙腈-1mL.L-1磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱;检测波长:280nm;流速:1mL.min-1。结果原儿茶醛、迷迭香酸和丹酚酸B的平均回收率分别为96.2%,98.1%和97.7%;原儿茶醛、迷迭香酸、丹酚酸B分别在1.506~45.18,3.026~90.78和6.545~196.35μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好。结论该方法快速、简便,重复性好,适合于同时测定调经益母片中原儿茶醛、迷迭香酸和丹酚酸B。
Objective To establish a method for the quality control of Tiaojingyimu Tablets. Methods An HPLC method was used with an Acclaim C18 column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm), a liquid mixture of acetonitrile-1 mL·L^-1 H3 PO4 as the mobile phase by gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 280 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. Results The average recoveries of protocatechuic aldehyde, rosmarinic acid, salvianolic acid B were 96.2%, 98.1% and 97.7%, respectively. The calibration curves of protocatechuic aldehyde, rosmarinic acid and salvianolic acid B were linear over the range of 1. 506-45.18,3. 026-90.78 and 6. 545-196.35 μm·mL^-1 , respectively. Conclusion The established method is accurate, reliable and suitable for the quality control of Tiaojingyimu Tablets.
