黄芪药材的高效液相色谱指纹图谱及主要成分的含量测定方法研究进展

Research progress of HPLC fingerprint and the main component determination methods of Radix Astragali

目的对黄芪药材的HPLC指纹图谱和主要成分的含量测定方法做一概述。方法查阅2002年以来国内外报道的有关黄芪药材的文献,研读有关高效液相色谱指纹图谱和含量测定的文献,对其研究进展进行综述。结果对黄芪药材的指纹图谱和含量测定的研究方法做了总结,并提出了建议。结论国内外有关黄芪药材的研究较多,为深入研究黄芪奠定了基础。

Objective To make a summary for the HPLC fingerprint of Radix Astragali and the method of the determination for some main ingredients. Methods Papers about Radix Astragali reported since 2002 about HPLC fingerprint and determination were reviewed. Results A summary and proposal for the method of HPLC fingerprint and determination were made. Conclusion There are much research on Radix Astragali ,which is a helpful foundation for further study.
