当归生物技术的研究现状与展望

Review on biotechnology study of Angelica sinensis

目的综述国内当归生物技术的研究进展,为后续研究提供参考。方法运用文献计量分析的方法,对国内当归组织培养、DNA分子标记技术的研究做了综述。结果当归组织培养的专题文献共17篇,研究方向侧重于愈伤组织培养。近10年间,当归生物技术的研究集中在DNA分子标记技术。结论当归组织培养的研究起步较早,成果有待转化,DNA分子标记技术的研究活跃,有很大的发展前景。

Objective This paper revealed the status of biotechnology research of Angelica sinensis in China, which will provide a ref-erence for future A. sinensis study. Method A. sinensis tissue culture and DNA molecular targeting and delivering technology in China were reviewed by using a quantitative method. Result The research found 17 publications related to A. sinensis hiotechnology on the culture of callus tissues. During the last 10 years,A, sinensis research was focused on the DNA molecular targeting and de-livering technology. Conclusion The culture of A. sinensis tissue has been developed for many years,but the research results are in urgent need to be utilized in industry. DNA molecular targeting and delivering technology,actively studied by researchers,has high potential to he used in industry.
