摘要 为实现远端节点的模拟、数字量采集与输出,本文介绍了一种带有12位高精度A/D、D/A转换器的单片机ADuC812及CAN总线控制器MCP1515构成的远程测控系统。文中重点介绍了远端测控节点的CAN总线接口硬件设计,以及软件设计中的CAN总线控制器初始化、CAN总线报文收发等内容。实验结果表明,该系统具有测量精度高、数据传输可靠及运行稳定等优点,能够满足工业现场的测控需求,具有很好的工业应用前景。 In order to solve? the problem of analog and digital signal acquisition and output of remote node, this article introduces the designing of a kind of remote measure & control system, which consists of MCU ADuCSt2 with t2bit high precision ADC and DAC and CAN bus controller MCP2515. In this paper, hardware design of CAN bus interface for remote measure & control system, Software design of the initial program and the message transceiver of CAN Bus Controller, are mainly introduced, reliable data transmission. Experimental results show that the system has high accuracy, reliable and stable data transmission, etc. The system can cater the demand of measuring and controlling task in industry locale, and has a brilliant application foreground in the industry.
