摘要
黄河中上游地区是我国煤炭资源最丰富的区域,近年来依托资源优势以重工业推动经济迅速发展,发展的同时面临着生态环境脆弱、水资源短缺和水环境污染的严峻挑战。本文分析了该区域煤炭、电力、煤化工、冶金等能源化工产业现状和问题以及资源环境效率水平,提出黄河中上游地区未来的产业发展建议。
The upstream area of the Yellow River is the most abundant coal resources area in China. The heavy industry has promoted the rapid development of economy relying on resource advantage in recent years, while facing the fragility of ecological environment, water shortage and water environment pollution challenges. To analyze the status quo, problems and resources ＆ environment efficiency level of coal, power, coal chemical industry, metallurgy and other energy and chemical industry. And future industry development proposals for the upstream area of the Yellow River are also put forward.
