摘要
目的:建立病毒清口服液的质量标准研究。方法:采用TLC法对病毒清口服液中的佛手、甘草、金银花等进行定性鉴别;以HPLC法对其连翘中的连翘苷进行含量测定。色谱柱:依利特C18ODS柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(25∶75),检测波长:277 nm;流速:1 mL.min-1,柱温:25℃。结果:病毒清口服液中的佛手、甘草、金银花薄层色谱中,在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点;连翘苷对照品在0.0082-0.082μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均加样回收率为99.63%,RSD%为0.96%。结论:本方法准确可行,可作为本品的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a quality standard for Bingduqing Oral Liquid. Methods: TLC was used to identify Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis, licorice and honeysuckle in Bingduqing Oral Liquid. HPLC was applied to determine the Phillyrin in Pursue; The separation was performed on a C18ODS-Clg column (200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm); The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and water(25:75); The detection wavelength was 277 nm; Flow rate was 1 mL per minute; Column temperature was 25℃. Results: The Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis, licorice and honeysuckle in Bingduqing Oral Liquid showed the same color brindle in TLC as that of the Control medicines. The linear relations for Phillyrin in control medicines was good, SD in 0.0082-0.082μg, r=0.9997; The average recovery of the added index was 99.63%; the RSD% was 0.96%. Conclusion: The method is reproducible and accurate to the quality control for this medicine.
