摘要
用30CrMnSi合金结构钢为原材料,采用毛坯热锻后再切削加工研发新产品。经锻件设计,热模锻工艺制定,热模具结构设计,生产过程试验,使毛坯满足产品零件设计的技术要求,达到批量生产能力。
The researching of new products are conducted using 30CrMnSi alloy. Before machining process, the blank needs hot forging. By the design of the forging part, hot forging process and mold structure, manufacture and test, it is made sure that the blank meets the technical requirement of the part design, and the ability of batch production is got.
