固体润滑薄膜在塑性微成形中的应用进展 被引量:3

Research Progress of Solid Lubrication Film Used in Microforming

摘要 评述了塑性微成形技术在微细加工领域存在的优势和由于尺寸效应的影响而面临的挑战,综述了近年来国内外固体润滑薄膜在体积微成形和薄板微成形中的应用进展,简单介绍了笔者在该领域的研究成果,展望了固体润滑薄膜在塑性微成形中有待研究的方向。 The superiorities of plastic microforming in micro manufacture fields and challenges caused by size effects of mi croforming were summarized. A review of the research progress of solid lubrication films in micro bulk forming and micro sheet metal forming in recent years were introduced. The author' investigations in this research field were briefly introduced. Future trends in solid lubrication films in microforming were proposed in the end.
