Chinese Cultural Studies in Diaspora： Review on Modern Chinese Literary and Cultural Studies in the Age of Theory

As Theory ceases to be that admirable buzzword in the intellectual circle of the humanities, one might be more liberated or carefree to approach critical works generated in the heyday of Theory. The advantage in doing so is to maintain a more detached position enabling a more disinterested reading which might help to reexamine the lingering impact of theory in a more fruitful way.
