通过对浪形保持架球兜间隙影响球轴承动态性能的分析,确定了优化设计的205轴承浪形保持架整形模中主要零件冲头与凹模的设计方法。附图7幅,表2个,参考文献1篇。
Afer the analysis of the influence due to the clearance between balls and pockets of a ribbon cage for dynamic performance of deep groove ball bearing, a optimal design method for concave die and punch as main parts of forming die of 205 type bearing's ribbon cage is determined.
