摘要 介绍1425×450-25 36PR L-5钢丝缓冲层矿用工程机械轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 378mm,断面宽440mm,行驶面宽度392mm,行驶面弧度高为零,胎圈着合直径630mm,胎圈着合宽度356mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.75,采用横向花纹沟加深块状花纹,花纹深度60mm,花纹饱和度77.69%,花纹周节数24。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用8层高强度1870dtex/3V1锦纶6浸胶帘布和2层1870dtex/3V2锦纶6浸胶帘布,缓冲层采用2层1260dtex/2V3锦纶6浸胶帘布、2层缓冲胶片和2层B45-22W钢丝帘线,采用半芯轮式成型机头成型和90英寸自动硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能符合相应设计和国家标准要求。 The design of 1425 ×450-25 36PR L-5 mine earth-mover tire with steel breaker ply was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 1 378 ram, cross-sectional width 440 mm,width of running surface 392 mm,arc height of running surface 0, bead diameter at rim seat 630 mm, bead width at rim seat 356 mm, cross-sectional level ratio 0.75, tread pattern with transverse deep grooves, pattern depth 60 mm, block/groove ratio 77.69%,number of pattern pitch 24. In construction design, the following processes were taken: three-formula and four piece layered tread,8 layers of 1870dtex/3V1 dipped nylon 6 cord and 2 layers of 1870dtex/3V2 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply, 2 layers of 1260dtex/2V3 dipped nylon 6 cord with 2 layers of breaker compound sheet and 2 layers of B45-22W steel cord for breaker ply,semi-core building drum to build tires and Ф90 inch automatic curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the require- ments in design and national standard.
