摘要
研究预分散芳纶短纤维在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用效果。试验结果表明:随着混炼时间的延长,预分散芳纶短纤维在天然橡胶(NR)胶料中的分散性先提高后趋于稳定;随着预分散芳纶短纤维用量的增大,NR硫化胶低应变下的应力增大,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率下降,撕裂强度和DIN磨耗量先增大后减小;在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中采用2份预分散芳纶短纤维等量部分替代炭黑,成品轮胎耐久性能略有提高,胎面抗刺扎、抗切割和抗撕裂性能明显改善。
The application of predispersed aramid short fiber in the tread compound of truck and bus radial (TBR) tire was investigated. The results showed that, with the extension of mixing time, the dispersion of predispersed aramid short fiber in NR compound improved at first and then reached equilibrium state. With the increase of fiber addition level, the stress of NR vulcanizate at low strain increased,tensile strength and elongation at break decreased, tear strength and DIN abrasion loss in- creased at first and then decreased. With 2 phr fiber to replace carbon black by equal weight in the tread compound of TBR tire, the endurance of finished tire increased slightly, and the puncture resistance, cut resistance and tear resistance of tread improved significantly.
