电视胸腔镜手术28例总结

THE GENERALISE ON 28 CASES OF VIDEO-ASSISTED THORACOSCOPIC SURGERY

目的 :探讨电视胸腔镜手术 (VATS)治疗胸部疾病的可行性。方法 :完成VATS手术 2 8例。手术疾病包括自发性气胸、肺大疱、外伤性血胸、脓胸、恶性胸水、纵隔肿瘤、食管和肺疾病等。结果 :手术时间缩短 ,手术安全可靠 ,术后并发症少 ,恢复快。结论 :VATS治疗某些胸部疾病是可行的 ,有较好的治疗效果。

Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) in the management of chest diseases. Methods: The 28 cases of VATS were performed. The operative diseases include sponlanevus pneumothorax, pulmonary bulla, trauma hemothorax, empyema, pernicious hydrothorax, mediastina tumor, esophageal diseases and lung diseases, etc. Results: The operative time is shorter, the operation is safe and reliable so that the complications are fewer and the patients resume quickly after operation. Conclusion: VATS is effective for some selected chest diseases.
