With the maturing of cloud computing technology, it is getting more and more attention. Cloud computing has brought opportunities and challenges to the university library remaining with the times. This paper describes the definition and characteristics of cloud computing, analyzes the problems of the university library in the digital construction, and dis- cusses the benefits and issues of cloud computing technology to the university library.
