局部损伤井架安全评定方法

在役钻机中,井架局部损伤缺陷普遍存在,对此既不能回避,也不能夸大,而应采取科学合理的评价方法进行评定。详细介绍了英国中央电力局对电力设备进行安全评价的CEGB R62001标准,并将其引入到局部损伤井架的安全评定中,给出了评定的步骤,结合所开发的软件给出了评定实例。评定结果表明,对存在局部损伤的井架,应按所介绍的评定方法对损伤本身进行评定,对安全评定缺陷落在非安全区的井架,应立即停用整改;对安全评定缺陷落在安全区的井架,应再按照SY/TG 236—2008标准进行综合评定。该评定方法还可用于其他油田设备和压力容器的安全评定。

The local damage of derrick universally exists in drilling rigs in service. The scientific and reasonable assessment method should be applied to evaluate it. As for the der- rick whose safety assessment defect falls in the non-safety zone, its use should be stopped immediately and it should be improved. As for the derrick whose safety assessment defect falls in the safety zone, a further comprehensive e- valuation should be conducted according to SY/TG 236--2008 standard. The assessment method can be used for safety assessment of other oilfield equipments and pressure vessels.
