摘要
针对常见的拔卸器械在拔卸行程短需要换扣时,被拔套管上牵引力消失,处于拉伸状态的套管将会恢复弹性伸长而迅速缩回井下一定长度的状况,提出了一种往复式液压驱动套管拔管机。该拔管机既能间歇不停地拨卸井下管柱,又能方便地使被拔卸的管柱在换扣时继续处于拉伸状态不回缩。拔卸管柱与夹持管柱都由液压缸来完成,可以快速夹持和松开管柱,并能可靠地传递初始拔起时较大的起拔力,解决了目前许多静力拔桩机在初始拔起时靠焊接、穿销轴等固定方式的难题,缩短了辅助作业时间,提高了套管拔管机的自动化水平,从而减少了人为因素对拔管作业的影响。实际应用情况表明,该拔管机能有效地实现连续拔管作业,大大提高工作效率。
In the light of the problems with the common tube drawing bench, a kind of reciprocating hydraulic casing drawbeneh was formulated. The drawbench can pull downhole string intermittently and nonstop and it can al- so conveniently keep the pulled string in tensional state without retraction. Both pulling string and clamping string are achieved by hydraulic cylinder which can quickly clamp and unfasten the string and can reliably transmit the considerable pullout force in initial pulling. As a result the problem has been solved that at present many static pile drawers depend on the fixing mode in initial pulling, such as welding and pin axle. The auxiliary operation time is reduced, the automation level of casing drawbench is improved and the effect of human factors on pulling operation is reduced. The practical application shows that the drawbeneh can effectively achieve continuous casing pulling and improve the operation efficiency remarkably.
