无机盐辅助合成硫化锌纳米结构

摘要 以Zn(NO3)2和硫脲CS(NH2)2为原料,在180oC水热条件下,分别制备了ZnS IIA-VIB族半导体纳米结构.选择不同的无机盐(NaCl、NaNO3、Na2CO3、NaAc和Na2SO4)作为唯一的结构导向添加剂,很好地控制了所得纳米材料的形貌、尺寸和均匀程度等特征.简单无机盐的使用,能够通过调控反应介质的离子强度和pH等参数来控制所得纳米结构材料的物相和晶体结构.
