彩超在先天性胆总管囊肿诊断中应用价值探讨

Clinical application of color ultrasonograph in congenital cyst of common bile duct

目的 探讨先天性胆总管囊肿病理与超声分型之间的对应关系。方法 应用彩超观察囊肿与肝总管的关系,连接方式及与胆囊和肝的关系,囊壁的厚度,囊内有无结石。结果 超声将先天性胆总管囊肿分为肝内型(相当于Ⅴ型);肝外型(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ_B型);混合型(Ⅳ_A型)。结论 彩超诊断先天性胆总管囊肿准确性高,临床应首选。

Objective To investigate the correlation of ultrasonic typing and pathology in congenital cyst of common bile duct. Methods Syntopy of cyst and common hepatic duct, syntopy of cyst and bile-cyst and liver, thickness of cyst wall and within and without lithiasis were observed by color ultrasonograph in 22 patients with congenital cyst of common bile duct. Results Congenital cyst of common bile duct was sorted intrahepatic (i.e. type Ⅴ) ,extrahepatic( i.e. type Ⅰ ,Ⅱ ,Ⅲ and ⅣB) and mixed type (i.e. type ⅣA) by ultrasonic imaging. Conclusion It suggests that color ultrasonograph for diagnose of congenital cyst of common bile duct is highly accurate and first way.
