新疆哈萨克族成人腰椎椎体高度的放射学测量及其临床意义

Radiographic measurement of the heights of vestebral bodies in lumbar spine

目的 为正常腰椎的X线解剖学和临床放射学诊断提供依据。方法 对34名正常成人腰椎椎体前、后缘和中央高度进行放射学测量。结果 哈萨克族成人腰椎椎体高度在男女性之间无显著性差异,腰椎椎体高度比值无显著性差异。结论 认为不同民族腰椎椎体的高度不尽相同,建立各民族腰椎椎体高度的正常值范围是提高腰椎椎体压-缩性骨折诊断率的必要手段。

Objective To provide evidence of anatomy for clinical radiologic diagnosis of the mormal lumbar vestebrae. Methods Radio-graphic measurement was perfomed on 34 Xiay films of wormal adults for antosior, postesios and middle hights of the vestebral bodies in lumlar spine. Results The vestebral bodies of kazak males and female exists no evident difference, the ratio of the hight of vestebral bodies reveals no sigmificant difference. Conculsion The lumlar vestebrae is nationality. So it is necessary to establish normal data of every nationality.
