胃癌治疗的新进展
摘要
胃癌占我国消化道恶性肿瘤第一位,全身癌肿第三位。临床多采用手术治疗,由于术后并发症多、复发及死亡率高、预后差,因此胃癌的治疗方案始终是临床医师的一个棘手问题。本文就近年来胃癌的手术治疗、辅助化疗及预后综述如下。
