采用撑弦测径法定量测量直线运动球轴承奇数凸台沟道直径。对其测量系统误差进行了分析计算,给出了系统误差计算式,并结合实例计算出误差修正值。附图4幅,表2个。

This paper describes a measuring method with fixed quantity which adopts stayed chord to measure raceway diameters of linear motion ball bearings with odd bosses as well as analyses and calculates its systematic errors for measuring. Calculation formula of systematic errors are also given. And then compensated values to the errors are estimated to its examples.
