摘要
本文在前人对无外力场作用时颗粒在凝固界面前受力分析的基础上 ,对电磁力场作用下颗粒在凝固界面前沿的迁移特性进行了理论上的分析讨论 ,分别推导了一定电磁力作用下水平和垂直凝固界面前沿颗粒推斥 /吞没转变的临界凝固速度 ,以及一定凝固速度下 ,水平和垂直凝固界面前沿颗粒推斥 /吞没转变的临界电磁力。
In this paper,the particle migrating behavior ahead of solidification front is analyzed theoretically with the application of an electromagnetic field,which is based on the other peoples analysis of force acting upon the particle without applying an electromagnetic field.The critical solidification speed of particle pushing engulfing transition ahead of the horizontal and vertical interface in the electromagnetic field is derived.The critical electromagnetic force of particle pushing/engulfing transtion ahead of the interface is also derived when the solidification speed is given.
