摘要
本文研究了固溶温度对硬铝LY11组织与性能的影响。结果表明 ,随固溶温度的升高 ,Al2CuMg和CuAl2相向基体中逐渐溶解 ,其力学性能与组织有良好的对应关系 ,在 4 85~ 50 0℃时 。
The effect of solid solution temperature on the structure properties of LY11 aluminium alloy is studied.The results show that,with the increase of solid solution temperature,Al2CuMg and CuAl2 phases dissolve gradually in the matrix.The mechanical properties are closely related with the structure with best mechanical properties obtained in the temperature range of 485~500℃.
