摘要
苕溪水系是太湖的重要支流,近年来沿水系农业发展带来的面源污染问题日益突出,在一定程度上影响了流域的水源环境。针对这一现状,论文在对苕溪流域农业面源污染评价的基础上,提出了"三维特色环境友好型农业发展模式",即有机农业模式、循环农业发展模式和设施观光农业发展模式。最后,根据该模式设计出保障苕溪流域环境友好型农业发展的对策建议,即以标准化、产业规模化为方向,在完善农业环境保护立法的基础上,推广环境友好农业技术,实施畜禽养殖区域划分,在允许条件下按流域进行环境监控。
Tiaoxi river system is an important tributary of Taihu Lake. In recent years, non-point source pollution problems of agricultural development have become increasingly prominent along the river, which affected the environment of the valley to a certain extent. For this situation, three-dimensional characteristics mode of environment-friendly agricultural development is proposed in the paper, which is on the basis of evaluation of non-point source pollution of agriculture in the river. The mode includes organic agriculture mode, cycle agriculture mode and tourism agriculture model of facilities. Finally, according to the mode, proposals to implement development of environment-friendly agriculture are designed in Tiaoxi river. With standardization, industrialization and scale as the direction, governments should improve the protection legislation of agricultural environment and popularize environment-friendly agricultural technology. Livestock and poultry breeding areas are to be divided from the river. Environmental monitoring is implemented by the river under permission conditions.
