轮式工程机械底盘测功机滚筒的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高轮式工程机械整车动力性能测量精度,研制通用型的底盘测功机,设计了满足不同轮胎直径要求的底盘测功机滚筒装置;利用ABAQUS建立了滚筒装置的实体网格模型;采用有限元方法对滚筒进行受力与变形分析,得到了连接滚筒的轴与轴承之间以及车轮与滚筒接触面的力学状态以及应力分布与应力变形,根据仿真结果进行了强度与刚度的校核;对滚筒结构进行优化与表面处理。结果表明:现有结构基本满足设计要,为测功机的设计提供参考价值。 In order to improve measure precision of dynamical capability for wheel tyre engineering engine whole vehicle, current chassis dynamometer is developed, chassis dynamometer roller is designed to be satisfied for diameter of different tyre. Based on ABAQUS entity gridding model of roller is built up; The stress and distortion of roller are analyzed by use of the FEM, the dynamics state, stress and distortion between the wheel and roller and axes which sustain the roll are gained. Based on the simulation, the mechanics capability is proved, the main destroy form and location are indexed. The structure of roller is optimized and the surface of roller is disposed. The resuh shows that the structure can meet the design requirement,which can also provide reference for the design of chassis dynamometer.
