基于ADAMS的三自由度运动平台运动学分析

摘要 针对一种三自由度运动平台,实现了复杂机械在ADAMS中的虚拟样机建模,使运动平台的整个运动过程直观化,并对建立的虚拟样机模型进行仿真。仿真结果表明,所建立的虚拟样机模型精确,仿真结果达到预期要求,并为并联机床的运动学、动力学、控制等后续研究奠定了基础,对复杂机构运动学规律的分析研究具有一定的意义。 Aiming at one kind of three degrees-of-freedom motion platform, a complex mechanism model is completed in AD- AMS which making the whole movement of motion platform visualization. Then the built virtual prototype is simulated. The simulation results state that the model is precise, and it can conform to the demand of simulation precision thus it can settle for foundation for the follow-up kinematics and dynamics analysis of parallel machine tool, which has some significance to the study of complex kinematics' law.
