摘要
采用X -射线衍射、金相和DTA方法分析Si含量为 0~ 10wt%的Ag -Cu -Si三元系2个变温截面。结果表明 :在研究的Si含量范围内 ,相组成较复杂 ,但仅有二相区和三相区 ,未发现三元中间相。 2个伪二元合金系在 5 5 6℃和 471℃存在固相转变 ,且Cu3Si相的 η、η′和η″相同属正交晶系 ,其相变属于“位移型”相变 。
Ag-Cu-Si trinal system with 0~10 wt% Si content has been investigated by XRD,metallography,and DTA.The results indicated that there were two-phase and three-phase regions only,was not any trinal intermediate phase in the investigated Si content range.Two binary pseudo-alloys took place solid-phase changes at 556℃ and 471℃ respectively. η,η′,and η″phases of Cu 3Si phase were orthorhombic and their phase changes were displacement types.
